The Deer
Park is set in 450 acres of tranquil parkland overlooking
the sea near the picturesque village of Howth. Our 66
holes of golf include two full 18 hole courses making
us Ireland's largest golf complex. Our facilities for
guests are second to none. As well as our golf courses
we have a 17 metre indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam
room, two tennis courts, and extensive gardens. The spacious
rooms are all en-suite, and the majority command magnificent
views over Dublin bay to the west or Ireland's Eye to

In
addition to our golf courses the Deerpark Hotel has a range
of top class facilities to offer guests. Enjoy a swim in our
17 metre indoor swimming pool, followed by a relaxing sauna
or a visit to the steam room. The pool is equipped with a children's
area for the smaller members of your family and family changing
facilities.
There are also two hard surface tennis courts for the energetic
and our extensive grounds to wonder through for the slightly
less energetic - our famous Rhododendron Gardens adjoin the
Hotel and extend over 30 acres. Featuring over 2000 species
of rhododendron, this area of the gardens is splendid all summer
long but at it's very best in May or June. From the gardens
the view is spectatular -the novelist HG Wells described it
as "the finest view west of Naples.
All 84 of our bedrooms have full ensuite bathroom facilities,
multi-channel television and direct dial telephones. Most rooms
have outstanding views toward Ireland's Eye (east) or Dublin
Bay (south). Tea and coffee making facilities, along with a
refrigerator, are also provided |

The location is ideal. The centre of Dublin is only 9
miles and the DART station a short walk from the front gates.
Dublin airport is 20 minutes by car or taxi making the hotel
highly accessible for golfing breaks or holidays, an excellent
point of call entering or leaving the country and the perfect
base for those who want to visit the city but stay in a rural
environment.
